SPECIAL “LIFE WITH LOOPY” EXHIBIT by Hive Artist Stephen Holman:
“As part of the Hive Gallery’s Ray Harryhausen event, STEPHEN HOLMAN, creator of the classic 90’s Nickelodeon stop-motion puppet animation shorts series, LIFE WITH LOOPY, will be exhibiting production photos,
design sketches and animation from the series’ 42 episodes. Holman’s unique style of mixing stop-mo animation and live action was influenced by a childhood spent watching Harryhausen’s movies.
Original puppets used in Life with Loopy will be exhibited on opening night.
An original painting of LOOPY, created by Holman especially for the Hive show, will be on sale, along with a limited edition, signed print series.”
